As part of the integration between State Farm and Desjardins Insurance, designed and developed five self-directed courses by creating activities and e-learning scenarios, addressed to Desjardins Agents. Former State Farm material was updated with Desjardins Insurance’s vision and new trends for continuous improvement.• Enhanced existing courses and developed new material from the scratch, such as e-learning courses, facilitator and participant guides and job aids, applying user experience (UX), adult learning and learning styles methodologies to deliver appealing, modern and simple courses to ease the learning process, by using tools like Storyline, Audacity, Photoshop, InDesign under SCORM standards in order to leverage and inter-operates with the Desjardins Insurance LMS capabilities.• Generated videos addressed to create bonds among the employees showing stats that demonstrate collaboration between the areas.
