We build enterprise-grade technology platforms for public-sector and nonprofit organizations to manage their complex programs. With more than 30 years of close collaboration, we’ve learned our clients’ top priorities are efficiency, compliance, and security. Our proprietary platform, Glasswing, provides tailored, scalable solutions to everything from eligibility determination, payment distribution, and identity verification to data integration and digital document management. We also support our clients by providing IACET-accredited online training designed to help staff stay compliant, confident, and prepared. Delivered through our proprietary platform, the training is efficient to manage and easy to scale — complete with subscription-based administration tools. It’s another way we help organizations strengthen the people behind the programs. Whether we’re supporting program service delivery or staff development, I approach everything from a lens of core values. The values most driving my leadership style are flexibility grounded in ethical integrity, trust, impact and influence, and facilitating individual strengths. I\'ve seen time and again that when people are empowered to do meaningful work — and they know they’re seen and supported — they thrive. It was founded in 2001 on the belief that all children, especially children in shelters, foster care and reduced economic circumstances, deserve and should experience some of the most basic, simple pleasures of childhood – and be supported in their efforts to pursue their interests and academics.As Executive Director, I : • Established this non-profit to give back to the community by helping children • Oversaw annual campaigns for donations of time, needed items and financial support • Grew the organization’s exposure, leading to a cadre of volunteers running the annual campaigns • Capitalized on the experience of Care Solutions, Inc. to expand the mission of Communities 4 Children, and provide not-for-profit consultation and technical support for programs that serve children and families in need
