With over twenty-five years of experience in information technology project and program management, I am passionate about delivering innovative and impactful solutions for the healthcare industry. As a Senior IT Program Manager at Optum, I was responsible for large, multiple workstream, long term, blue chip programs related to merges and acquisitions, device migrations and end user support. Now with the brilliant start up - Imagine Pediatrics, I am enabled to carry my skills forward to enhance operational, compliance and technology efficiencies. I work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance. I leverage my skills in process improvement, analysis, resource management, risk assessment/mitigation and communication to identify and resolve issues, optimize workflows, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Previously, I was a Senior Agile Project Manager at Corra, where I managed the delivery of complex and high-value digital commerce projects for clients across various industries. Before that, I was a Senior IT Project Manager at ACS American Construction Source, where I oversaw the implementation and integration of IT systems and applications for the company\'s operations and services. I am motivated by the mission of Imagine Pediatrics to help kids live safely at home and to help make the health system work better for everyone.
