Working closely with Procurement teams and Global Sourcing Category Managers, we have developed an incredibly versatile and effective Service based around Contractor Supply and Management. Services include regular BI Reporting for New Starters, Existing Contractor Headcount broken down into a variety of Categories including Client Entity, Job Title, Technical Skills and Hiring Manager. Regular weekly and bi-weekly Reviews can be held showcasing the latest information with initiative Cost Savings Programmes from third-parties now accumulating to over £10m. These Service Levels are repeated throughout every aspect of the ISO processes that we have in place with amazing results achieved from our highly professional Recruitment Team. Niche Technical skills and high profile Business skills can be provided through the Unique Database that has been curated through 20 years of working within the Energy Sector. Support and feedback is provided through every step of the Recruitment and Resourcing lifecycle with Back Office support functions offering weekly Payments and 14 Day Payment Terms.Whether you are looking for a New MSP or a New PSL Supplier working within IT or Change Management, your experience with EagleCliff Recruitment will be refreshing.When I am not working I enjoy badminton, swimming, cycling, country walks and my family, including two dogs and five chickens!
