During my time at Nordstrom as General Store Manager and in earlier positions as a regional and national merchandising leader, I have consistently developed and elevated my team members into leadership roles, and influenced winning retail strategies. As GM of the Menlo Park, New Jersey, Nordstrom store my team and I attained increases in productivity and service, and was recognized by Nordstrom – twice – as a White Glove Award winner for outstanding overall operations.
