   Oversee the aggressive management all domestic workers’ compensation claims to resolution, including conducting causal analysis and identifying indicators of potential fraud.• Manage three (3) direct reports - WC specialists for the various regions of domestic operation.• Establish customized service instructions for the Holman account with all WC carriers and serve as the main point of contact for service and performance issues/requests.• Coordinate the scheduling of claim reviews for each Operation to be held with local management, HRBPs, adjusters, brokers and attorneys. • Correspond directly with the local site management, HR Business Partners and Generalists and Recruiting as needed on any overlapping employment matters.• Work directly with treating doctors and clinics, adjusters, attorneys, SIU and injured employees through the life of the claim. • Maintain an approved WC clinic and specialist doctors list per region. Communicate any changes as needed to operations, Recruiting and HR. Maintain a scorecard of performance.• Select new panel occupational med clinics and doctors when necessary for treatment of workers’ compensation claims and Independent Medical Evaluations. • Select/approve case nurses to use for the various regions of operation. • Select defense counsel for each region of operation and assist in the preparation of cases. • For independent medical exams, ensure necessary records are collected and a cover letter to the IME doctor is drafted and delivered timely by adjusters. Conduct final review on all submissions.• Help facilitate return to work initiatives with local management for WC cases. • Complete and distribute an internal monthly report documenting WC claim activity for the entire organization each month• Create online training and conduct training as needed for claim related issues and procedures.• Spearhead program initiatives aimed at yielding greater efficiencies within the department and organization.
