I have served as chief legal officer of Triton, a global leader in the leasing and sale of intermodal containers, with $1.5 billion in annual revenue and a worldwide footprint. Drawing on my experience leading global compliance programs, I operationalized compliance priorities to strengthen risk management and accountability. I also advanced the company’s sustainability strategy, bringing greater focus and visibility to initiatives both internally and externally. With a strong commitment to innovation and efficiency, I implemented technology tools and outside counsel cost-management initiatives that improved processes and delivered measurable value.
