Demonstrate leadership presence to craft compelling narratives in order to align teams around a shared vision and solve users\' problems- Working closely with multi-disciplinary team members (product designers, UX researcher, product manager, content creators, engineers and developers) to balance flexibility, consistency, and technical constraints- Designing strategically across the design process: user research support (providing wireframes and prototypes UX researcher needs), ideation, concept development, validation, final visual design, and implementation support)- Designing and prototyping for SaaS platforms (Netfrançais and Netmath), focusing on usability and visual appeal- Collaborating with product managers to design cohesive, system-level solutions that align user needs, data insights, business objectives, and strategic direction- Working closely with engineers to balance technological constraints and deadline requirements with building top-level products.
