   Carla Johnson has 23 years of litigation experience in the areas of workers’ compensation and insurance defense. She has defended claims resulting from minor injuries to allegations of permanent total disability. She has handled matters both at the trial and appellate level. In addition to an active litigation practice, Ms. Johnson has developed a national specialty practice in the area of constitutional law. She has designed and implemented studies that evaluate whether governmental agency contracting programs meet 14th Amendment standards with regard to the utilization of minority, women and disadvantaged businesses. She is responsible for ensuring that the studies are conducted in compliance with the United States Supreme Court’s decision in the City of Richmond vs. J.A. Croson.
