Hello! 🤓 I\'m Carla, a passionate and energetic storyteller from the BEST borough in NYC - BROOKLYN! Innately curious, I spent 11 years teaching in multiple countries after a semester abroad in Seoul, Korea. I\'ve taken up residence in Liberia, Guinea, New York, France, & Houston as I taught middle and high schoolers English Grammar & Social Studies In keeping with my appetite for information sharing, I transitioned into the B2B SaaS space in early 2022, evangelizing product in collaboration with sales, marketing and customer success teams. I found a lane that has spoken not only to my inner child, but also provides me with an opportunity to learn about new subjects that I traditionally might not have stumbled upon (looking at you, Salesforce!). The ability to break down complex technical concepts into digestible chunks for learners has always brought me tremendous joy. Whether nurturing debates with high school students about the impacts of absolutism on civil liberties or simplifying the user experience inside of a Salesforce integration, providing value through direct instruction and/or creating learning material is where I thrive.
