Administration & HRIS Management• Maintain records of personnel-related data in the HRIS. • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.• Draft employment-related documentation including promotion letters, salary/wage increase letters, oer letters, and employment agreements.• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate workplace health and safety action plans and policies in both an oce and manufacturing environment.• Ensure compliance with provincial laws and regulations.• Actively participate as a key member of the People & Culture team to help support the company’s operational strategy.Recruitment, Onboarding & Oboarding• Manage full-cycle recruitment process including creating and posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing, and extending oers.• Complete onboarding and oboarding activities including managing onboarding documentation, presenting new hire orientations, and completing exit interviews.Sta Support & Engagement• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests to provide ongoing support and assistance.• Provide guidance to new and current team members on HR-related matters.• Arrange cultural initiatives and events including but not limited to bi-weekly virtual quizzes, team lunches, etc.• Drive a positive company culture by planning and executing Team Member engagement initiatives.
