He started Pontem Law in 2019 to make that kind of big-firm representation affordable and accessible to young, small and growing companies and the individuals who build them. With Pontem Law, Carl has applied his knowledge and skill to the defense of blockchain, tech, biomedical, energy and service companies, among others, and those companies\' founders, officers, directors and employees in state and federal courts in the US and before regulators in the US, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands.
