At this point in my career, there isn\'t much I haven\'t done and I believe that experience and understanding of the industry from start to finish will serve as a great asset to anyone interested in whatever role is called for. I have spent over 27 years in the mortgage industry, from Post- Closing to UWA to UW to Management to Sales and most recently to QC & Risk. I have worked diligently as a remote worker for more than a decade before it became the norm. I am well versed in Conventional, USDA, FHA, & VA guidelines and routinely review or underwrite a mixture of these files in the same day. I have developed my leadership and customer service skills over the years and work well with not only my direct team, but with all divisions within the company, senior management, vendors, and direct customers. Ultimately, I am looking for a company that cares as much about me as I am willing to devote to them, which is a great deal. Their passion for success and their passion for the team must match my own.
