Work which included 26 individual suites with new sinks, modern finishes and furniture. Addition of a utility room with new electric service, laundry, and Emme HVAC control panel. Coordinated the installation of a new concrete pad and fenced area for mechanical equipment including a DOAS, and 4 condensers. • Completed a 43 room salon in Parsippany, NJ. Work included, 38 individual suites, with sinks and mechanical supply, return and exhaust duct work. 2 ADA compliant restrooms, a laundry room and utility room with 3 water heaters. Rooftop work included connecting 7 new rooftop units, installation of a new exhaust fan and vents for all new equipment. • Currently managing a 70 room fit out in Newark NJ with 65 individual suites, 2 new ADA compliant restrooms, and 2 accessory occupancies, containing 3 water heaters, 5 washer-dryers and 3 new electric panels.
