Sharepoint Online Platform Administrator @Costa Coffee

To date, I am the only Costa online administrator, focusing primarily on Sharepoint administration. My role is to ensure that everyone has the appropriate accesses, the documentation and file storage is accurate, users are deployed correctly, both internal to Costa Coffee & Coca Cola, as well as externally, with global partnerships, franchises and joint ventures. I have designed new frameworks, and rebuilt the main site from scratch on Sharepoint Modern, liaising with a variety of stakeholders, including Store Managers, Area Managers, various SMEs and team members within the Central Ops division. I work closely with another person in the UK & I Team to ensure that UK & I specific content is accurate, and deal with the international content on an as required basis.
