Valley Stream, New York native that transplanted to Phoenix, Arizona. Having worked in many different industries, and work environments, I utilize these values to strengthen teams. Respect: Without respect, co-workers aren’t able to express their value to a team that they are apart of. This stifles the teams overall growth and makes for completing the task at hand much harder. Each person on a team has an opinion, a skill, and even a fault that we must work with. Determination: Whether it is coming in early, or staying a few hours late, getting all task completed to the point that I can leave the office with my head held high is something I pride myself in. Organization: I can be determined all I want, but by not crafting out how my day is going, I’m planning to fail. I always keep a notebook on hand, and my macbook even closer.
