Carl holds a BSc (Hons) in quantity surveying, an LLB (Hons) in law, and has over 24 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries. He is an expert witness in quantum matters and holds an advanced professional award in expert witness evidence. Carl is also a certified independent expert determiner, and an accredited mediator.Carl is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Prime Dispute. He is also a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Adjudication Society.Carl’s project involvement spans a wide range of sectors, including building, industrial, infrastructure, transportation, marine, and gas and power projects.
