Managed all aspects of site QA/QC set-up, execution, and hand over for all site disciplines, including the following: file set-up, weld mapping, welder testing, execution procedures, site inspection, third party inspection coordination, site weld database set-up, equipment inspection, walk down of test packages, coating inspection, verify that correct coating selection has been met, perform in process inspections not limited to surface prep, verifying DFT and review of final documentation, system handover packages and final data book compiling. Provide direct and diverse support to Site Manager in fulfilling Company/Client QA/QC inspection requirements. Perform active role in maintaining project staffing plans, currently maintaining 16 quality inspectors, schedules, craft resource plans, and daily work execution plans. Establish reasonable assurance that all civil, structural, piping and equipment has been inspected and tested in accordance with required codes, Client Specifications and standards.
