I’m an Engineering Manager who believes great teams build great products. My focus is on creating the conditions for engineers to do their best work, through clarity, trust, and a genuine sense of purpose. I care about how teams collaborate just as much as what they deliver, as lasting impact comes from both.At DriveScore (ClearScore Group) and previously Cazoo, I’ve led multi-disciplinary squads spanning mobile (iOS & Android), frontend (TypeScript) and backend (Scala)- guiding teams through growth, change, and delivery of high-impact features. My leadership style is grounded in servant leadership, psychological safety, and data-informed decision-making, helping engineers develop confidence, accountability, and autonomy.While I’m primarily hands-off day to day, I stay close enough to the work to support architecture discussions, forecasting, and delivery strategy.
