ABOUT CARL PICKERING
I am an experienced talent management professional with a background in consulting, currently operating as an Assistant Director in EY’s Talent Development team. In my role I partner with senior members of the Canadian organization, as well as members of the Americas and Global Talent teams, to enable EY\'s performance management processes and programs across all of its functions. Outside of work I am a keen rugby player, representing the Meraloma Rugby Club in various competitions within British Columbia, as well as a big fan of my home town football team: Wolverhampton Wanderers. I am also studying towards the Human Resources Management Certificate at Simon Fraser University with a view to deepening my knowledge of the area and become a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
