My role serves as a key liaison between Operations and Accounting, process improvements, overseeing cost control processes, customer billing, expenditure approvals, payroll coordination, and capital expenditure tracking.Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with Operations to collect and verify all necessary project information required for accurate and timely customer billing.*Review and validate job costing data to ensure expenditures are properly coded and allocated to the correct projects.*Manage and monitor the authorization process for approvals on expenditures, payroll, and capital projects.*Work closely with accounting staff to review and approve accounts payable, ensuring compliance with company policies and authorization limits.*Reconcile project costs against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and supporting corrective action.*Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to project and operational performance.*Maintain accurate and organized documentation to support billing, audits, and financial reporting.*Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost control, reporting, and workflow efficiency.*Provide on-site financial or administrative support as needed during company expansion or project mobilization phases.
