For the past 25 years, I’ve helped individuals, couples and family heal from their many wounds and live their best lives.If you’re here for you, we’ll first understand where you’ve been, what you’ve been through, and the wounds you still carry within you. Then, using an insightful-based, compassion-filled approach to therapy, we’ll liberate you to reclaim your natural self, live a life of relational richness with others, and build the brighter future you’ve been hoping for.If you’re here for your relationship, then together we’ll discover ways of communicating that are warm, living examples of the care and affection you have for one other. We’ll bring back the tenderness, the connection and the warmth that were once there, when your relationship was still young. Each of you will learn to listen curiously, instead of critically, and to speak to each other in ways that evoke understanding and give way to resolution.
