With over 37 years engineering experience in the automotive industry, having international exposure working and living in Japan and Russia for a global OEM in all major areas of the manufacturing process including EV and battery technology. Specialising in engineering project management, development of business strategy and lean manufacturing techniques, in not only automotive environment but food and beverage, handling, packaging and logistics to name other example areas. CJM Engineering Services can help you deliver major CAPEX projects for new, modification and upgrade of facilities and/or processes to improve your business. We are also now fulfilling our own small to medium automation solutions and turnkey projects for customers.Also experienced in working with senior management in providing strategic planning for business growth and interfacing with new and existing customers, we can also help develop design concepts and business cases for ROI justification. Extensive multi-cultural experience including having previously worked with a Chinese engineering company to establish and develop their business, customer base and supply chain within the UK and Europe.
