Dignifying post-acute care in the eyes of the world through moments of truth. Mira Vista is the facility of choice in the Skagit Valley and surrounding area. Partnering with the acute hospitals throughout NW WA to provide rehabilitative therapy and skilled nursing to those in need. As part of a 4 facility acquisition we joined the Ensign affiliated group in Pennant WA in 2021 and have nearly doubled in size since. This has been made possible by assimilating the best providers and caregivers in our associated marketplaces and adapting to the needs of our given communities and health care systems.
