Carl Mitcheson, CPM®, CAM®, CAPS®, serves as the President of Real Estate for Henssler Property Management, a provider of property management services to Henssler affiliates, Henssler Clients, and other real property owners. He brings more than 20 years of experience in property management. He is responsible for achieving the strategic operations objectives of both the property owners and the property management firm. He oversees the regional managers to ensure that all business objectives are met, including enforcement of budgets, operations, maintenance and emergency procedures. Mr. Mitcheson reviews and approves operational and capital budgets for each property and will be an active participant in formulating plans for strategic growth for Henssler’s property portfolio. Prior to joining Henssler Property Management, Mr. Mitcheson spent more than 10 years as Regional Director for Westdale Asset Management where he directed operations for a variety of multi-family communities in Georgia, Florida and Indiana. Mr. Mitcheson is a Certified Property Manager,(CPM®), a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM®) and a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS®). Mr. Mitcheson is an eight-year member of the planning committee for the Atlanta Apartment Association’s annual “Can Can Ball” that benefits the Atlanta Community Food Bank. In 2016, the event raised more than to help families, seniors and individuals in Metro Atlanta and north Georgia.
