ABOUT CARL MARSTON

I am an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a particular interest in the Court of Protection. I have considerable experience focused upon the management of compensation for the victims of clinical negligence and acquired brain injuries whether in the capacity of Property and Financial Affairs Deputy or Trustee under a Personal Injury Trust, I am also familiar and confident with all aspects of applications to the Court of Protection. Throughout my career I have gained considerable experience in the advice, preparation and execution of HNW Wills (including Statutory Wills), Lasting Powers of Attorney ( for both Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare), Estate Administration and Trusts (including Personal Injury Trusts). I have for many years focused on the needs of the older client and been Regional Chair of Solicitors of the Elderly (Cheshire and Staffordshire) Group and Lawyers for People with Learning Difficulties.Having gained experience managing teams of fee earners and my own department, I am keen to contribute to the marketing and business development. I am an experienced and confident at networking and, over many years, I have developed many contacts and referrers within my area of practice, appeared on radio and presented seminars to fellow professionals and the public.
