As a former headteacher of 16 years, I oversee safeguarding in Warwickshire schools, colleges and early years settings. I am responsible for the delivery of safeguarding training, auditing and provision as the link between schools, trusts, the Local Authority and Safeguarding Partnership. I support headteachers and DSLs strategically and in crisis, working with partners in other services to build knowledge and sustainable leadership and to promote inclusion and entitlement.I work with DFE/ Ofsted and other Local Authorities to provide feedback and to deliver strategic change.
