As a Sea Freight Sales Executive, I support my clients in implementing tailor-made international logistics solutions, whether in FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less than Container Load) services. • Business development of the customer portfolio within the Sea Freight Export & Import segment. • Active prospecting with a target of 4 client meetings per week and the identification of 50 new business opportunities weekly. • Presentation and sale of various ocean freight solutions, including quotation follow-up, rate negotiation, and contract management. • Client implementation: support during the onboarding phase, training on Kuehne + Nagel’s digital tools, and coordination with operational teams. • Monitoring of shipments and bookings to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at every stage of the transport process. • Close collaboration with Operations, Pricing, and Customer Care departments to guarantee optimal commercial and operational performance. • Market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify new sector opportunities. • Contribution to the development of local and regional sales strategies. • Optimization of the customer portfolio through a value- and profitability-driven approach. • Customer retention and loyalty building through proactive follow-up and regular performance reviews. • Use of CRM tools for reporting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
