Senior program manager working on many of Ticketmaster\'s most critical Programs and Projects: • Live Nation Streaming (August 20 – current) • TM Mobile App Team (May 20 – current) • Pre-Purchase Program (May 20 – current) • CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) Program (Jan 19 – April 20). • Fraud Program (Jul 18 – Dec 18). • Open Ticketing (Jul 17 – Jun 18). • 3rd Party Events (Jan 17 – Jun 17). • Commerce Platform (Jul 16- Jul 17). • CCP (TM2.0)(Oct 14 – Jul 16). • Ticketmaster.com (Jul 12 – Sep 14). Utilizing the following skills: • Manage multiple concurrent development projects using Agile Scrum/Kanban/Lean methodologies. Coordinate large program initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations. • Responsible for executive and business stakeholder reporting using smartsheet sourced dashboards, project plans, spreadsheets, agile metrics and delivery forecasting. • Facilitate project and program ceremonies including kick-offs, inceptions, stand-ups, grooming, retrospectives and post-mortems. • Coach teams on Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Lean best practices. Monitor and interpret agile project performance metrics (Burnups, Velocity, JIRA control charts, JIRA version reporting). • Drive Definition of Done, User Story Mapping, Feature Slicing and determination of MVP. • Plan, groom and assist with product backlog prioritization. Ensure high quality of tickets through application of Sizing/Relative Estimation, Story Slicing, addition of Acceptance Criteria and attention to testability. • Remove blockers, coordinate dependencies with outside teams, and escalate issues. • Responsible for release/feature tagging strategies, partnering with E2E testers and operational documentation creation. • Software: Expert Atlassian user (JIRA, Confluence, Trello), Smartsheet, MS Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, Planner, PowerPoint), Google Sheets/Slides. • Project Management Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban). Waterfall (WBS, Gannt charts, CPM/PERT).
