I build and grow things, specifically client relationships, enterprise programs, consulting organizations, and the cross-functional teams that deliver them. Over 15+ years, I\'ve generated new business by identifying, pursuing, and converting anchor client relationships into multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements. I helped scale a technology consulting firm from 3 people to 40+, building core business functions such as recruitment, marketing, performance measurement, knowledge management, and training from the ground up, while simultaneously delivering the client programs that fueled that growth.The work itself has spanned high-stakes, cross-functional challenges where the cost of failure is significant: global IT outsourcing across 4 countries and personnel, workplace technology strategy and corporate headquarters relocations for occupants, enterprise cybersecurity deployments across endpoints, closure of a Federal Reserve \'Matter Requiring Immediate Attention (MRIA)\' for a Systemically Important Financial Institution, and averting the shutdown of a $4B business unit facing an FDA consent decree.My background is unusual for this space. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School. My early career was spent in pharmaceutical and medical device product development consulting at PRTM (now PwC) before I moved into enterprise technology, with entrepreneurial ventures on the African continent along the way. That combination of engineering rigor, business strategy, and consulting discipline shapes how I approach every program.I sit at the intersection of two capabilities most organizations tend to staff separately: winning complex client relationships and delivering the programs that justify them. After 15 years building consulting practices and running enterprise programs end-to-end, I\'ve stopped thinking of business development and program delivery as separate disciplines because in practice, they never were. I\'m selectively open to senior opportunities in program management, digital transformation, and client growth leadership where that combination creates real leverage.
