Main rolesThe development and maintenance of the bank\'s computer systems. To understand the business needs and to as provide process analysis skills as part of business as usual, project and continuous improvement activity. Act in a consultancy role and develops and maintain strong relationships with end users, operational management, software suppliers, customers and third parties.Complete business process documentation as defined by the project lifecycle method being adopted. Such documentation may include Terms of reference, Current Process Model, Business Requirements, Risk and Issues Logs, Functional and Technical Specifications etc.Provide support to IT Technical Analysts and Developers to help them further understand business requirements and design appropriate solutions.Experience in systems implementation, development & maintenance in a retail banking environment
