I am a self-motivated team leader with a passion for adding high caliber clientele to the Tri-North portfolio. With over 34 years of experience exclusively in the retail construction industry. I have managed about 1500 retail construction projects. These projects include several high profile flagship stores, in-line mall stores, big box, small box, open phased remodels, refresh programs and ground up projects for many of the top retailers across the United States and in Canada. Specialties: As Vice President Construction at Tri-North Builders, I am responsible for new buisiness development, scheduling, estimating/bidding, distribution of work and over seeing retail projects from start to close-out as well as contract negotiations and project management.
