As a Benefits Analyst working with Systems, Data, and the Client I currently serve as a key role for our outsourcing business by serving as the liaison between consultants, external clients and our internal team of system developers. I contribute to the implementation of Workday, and ongoing business by translating business needs into actionable programming and process steps for developers- Plan and manage the implementation and administration of global benefits programs including health and welfare, payroll, COBRA, life insurances, and retirement plans- Quickly resolves employee benefit escalations by working closely with the client team, their vendors and our internal team to identify, test and fix discrepancies or trends- Maintain and update benefit information and materials on internal communication platforms via Intranet, benefit enrollment systems and new hire materials- Provide training for client on large-scale change orders to client, Benefit Operation Center and Service Center, as needed- Leads implementation of new Benefit programs, including the creation and implementation of processes- Developed and executed test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate system configurations and ensure successful implementation of Workday modules- Conducts audits to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance- Serve as a technical resource for Workday benefits module processes and compliance- Monitors benefit elections through queries and reports ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines- Ensure effective transfer of eligibility and elections to vendor partners, including management or error reporting and troubleshooting benefit systems.
