With over 20 years of experience in the security and digital identity industries, I am a passionate and driven Commercial Director at Yoti, a global leader in identity verification and authentication. I have a strong background in electronic communications, security operations, and surveillance. I am motivated by the mission of Yoti to empower people to own and control their own data, and to make identity verification and authentication simple, secure, and accessible for everyone. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and have worked in different markets and sectors.As a Commercial Director at Yoti, I am responsible for helping develop and for executing the commercial strategy, managing the sales and account management lifecycle, and building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders. I have successfully led the expansion of Yoti\'s presence and revenue in various verticals, such as HCM, Government and Education and delivered innovative and tailored ID solutions for different use cases and challenges. Some of the skills that I leverage in my role are negotiation, communication, relationship building, problem-solving, and project management. I also contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of Yoti\'s products and services, and collaborate with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights from the market and customers.
