   I assist in managing 300 plus employees who over see Capital Improvement projects, additions to existing buildings and new buildings from inception to closeout. I\'m currently assisting the management of about 800 plus projects in construction valued at about 2 plus billion dollars. In addition to managing CM staff I also played a key role in development of new types of construction practices for the SCA. I also spearheaded the development of ACTII/DOB closeout tool and a digital closeout and transfer tool. Additional roles are the feasibility and logistics of newly acquired sites, design reviews and standards. Working with other agencies(DCAS/DEP) to implement sustainable design of future procedures/projects. Participate in the development of new platforms for CM, A&E and Finance for the Authority.
