ABOUT CARL CLEMONS

I view myself as a goal oriented individual who instead of running away from challenges I embrace them. I love organizations that embody stability, growth, & positions the customer first. With my prior employer I faced numerous amounts of adversity/changes that I welcomed as it helped to mold me professionally. I say this as it built an understanding of the true reality of the ups & downs corporations face and how they can affect you. During this time, I challenged myself to make the most of it by marketing myself & utilizing the skills I acquired along my journey. My employer of 10 years closed due to Corporate fraud. I had to dig deep and find a new opportunity. This pretty much sums up my upbringing as well, growing up in poverty surrounded by adversity my back has always been against the wall. I\'m accustomed to challenges to the point I welcome & seek to overcome them. One of my passions,I love volunteering & doing work in and out of my community. My most recent community impact was in Grenada through the Sandals foundation. It\'s important to have work life balance & with that balance I spend as much quality time as possible with my family. Big fan of companies who embrace this, I\'m also a firm believer that life is what you \"MAKE\" it, you just have to incorporate the right \"INGREDIENTS\" ‍
