Third party inspector able to monitor all aspects of assembly and machining including verify gages are to correct settings and monitoring and verifying load-outs and shipping. Also able to witness chain of tests performed and witness dimensional checks as well as performing dimensional inspections on pipe, fabricated pipe, pipe spools and bends. Able to inspect gear boxes (including control panels and wiring). Able to witness NDE including dye penetrate, ultrasonic gages and ultrasound testing and inspect coatings including tar, epoxy, glass, ceramic and cement as well as asphalt tar coating on valves and pipes. Witnessing and inspection of mechanical testing includes witnessing pressure testing, tensile pulls and heat treatments. Able to inspect motors, control panels and motor control centers including inspection of setup. All inspections performed to industry code and standard as well as client specification.
