ABOUT CARISSA HATLEY

As a Financial Consultant at Equitable Advisors, I am passionate about making a difference in people\'s lives through financial planning. My areas of focus include retirement planning, asset allocation strategies, and tax-efficient investment strategies. I leverage my credentials to provide customized solutions for each client\'s unique needs and objectives.As a Regional Vice President, I am responsible for building and managing a team of Financial Consultants. Prior to working at Equitable Advisors, I spent 5 years as a High School Coach and Teacher. Although I left athletics, I wanted to use my coaching background in a different capacity. Instead of coaching athletes, I coach clients to help reach their goals and coach financial consultants internally to better assist clients.Since then, I have consistently ranked among the top consultants in my class across the country. I received the Rising Elite award in my first year and the #2 national ranking of 45 VPs in my class across the country in my first year as a Vice President. I attribute my success to my dedication, professionalism, and competitive mindset, as well as to the support and collaboration of my team and colleagues. As of March 2025 I have obtained my CFP® CertificationI also enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and I use my coaching background to mentor and train new consultants who join our company. My mission is to empower more people to achieve financial security and independence through our services.
