Serve as an analyst and, independently or as part of a team, plan, manage, and evaluate programs, projects, or activities within the team. • Monitor functional mailboxes for inquiries to provide appropriate and accurate responses or assistance, summarize requests/responses for 6 SMEs, and triage inquiries to appropriate SMEs to be assigned the task. • Support establishing program standards, policies, strategies, goals, and evaluation plans with senior staff by reviewing the literature, advising on procedures and/or strategies, presenting information at meetings/work groups, and creating materials to provide information to various audiences. • Develop and/or select, adapt, and implement data collection protocols and instrumentation necessary to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the team’s program and efforts to support public health laboratories (domestically and internationally) funded to implement whole genome sequencing and bioinformatic analyses locally. • Maintain current and up-to-date information on team activities, work groups and emerging initiatives. • Provide logistical support to project PIs for project meetings by scheduling and booking meeting rooms/skype/zoom, preparing presentation materials, providing supplies from branch inventory or requesting new items, and requesting visitor access as needed. • Collect and interpret data and information from various sources and prepare recommendations accordingly. • Conduct short- or long-term planning, program development, policy and program analysis, and program evaluations.
