Hi! I’m Carissa Garpstas, a proud Pennsylvania resident for over 20 years and a graduate of Millersville University with a BA in Mathematics. After college, I dove headfirst into an exciting 8-year career in the hospitality industry, traveling to trade shows to promote the best of Lancaster County to international and domestic tour groups. Through this, I developed a deep knowledge of the area and all it has to offer, from its charming small towns to the must-see spots.Now, I’m thrilled to use that local expertise in real estate, helping my clients explore Lancaster County, uncover hidden gems, and most importantly, find their dream home! Whether it\'s schools, churches, work commutes, or the perfect house style, I focus on what truly matters to you because a home is so much more than just four walls—it’s where memories are made.When I’m not showing homes, my husband Dave and I are busy keeping up with our five kids. You can find me at gymnastics, baseball, soccer, dance, or happily wandering a park or trail that conveniently leads to an ice cream shop. And speaking of convenience, if you need a coffee shop recommendation, I’m your go-to!
