Hi! I’m Carissa Garpstas, a proud Pennsylvania resident for over 20 years and a graduate of Millersville University with a BA in Mathematics. After college, I dove headfirst into an exciting 8-year career in the hospitality industry, traveling to trade shows to promote the best of Lancaster County to international and domestic tour groups. Through this, I developed a deep knowledge of the area and all it has to offer, from its charming small towns to the must-see spots.Now, I’m thrilled to use that local expertise in real estate, helping my clients explore Lancaster County, uncover hidden gems, and most importantly, find their dream home!
