About Carissa Carroll
In 2014, I created Jack\'s Basket which is a welcome gift basket for families around the world that just received a Down syndrome diagnosis for their baby. After a year of discovering the amazing joy in the unexpected, my second son, Jack, inspired me to share the mission that every child should be celebrated and every family congratulated. Jack\'s Basket contains gifts, resources, and support to new and expectant families. Along with delivering welcome gift baskets, Jack\'s Basket mission is to equip medical providers with tools to communicating unexpected news without bias and equip them when supporting new families.
