My name is Carissa Bartels, and I earned both my Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management (Cum Laude, with a certificate in International Business) and my Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. I currently work for Brunswick Corporation as a Demand Planner at Mercury Marine, where I focus on forecasting, inventory strategy, and cross-functional supply chain coordination. I began my career through the company’s Operations Management Development Program (OMDP), gaining experience in production scheduling, materials analysis, and purchasing. I am also actively involved in the Society of Women in Engineering (SWE) and Brunswick’s Women on Water (WOW) program.
