Carine Schneider, FGE is the founding partner of Compass Strategic Advisors and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Logic Mark (OTC: LGMK). She was honored in 2019 with the ProShare Award for Services to Employee Share Ownership, in 2022 was one of the \"20 Most Inspirational Women Leaders\"(Women Leaders Magazine), 2017 as \"1 of the 100 Influential Women in Silicon Valley\"(Silicon Valley Business Journal) and one the \"17 Women to Watch\" in 2017 by Brown Brothers Harriman. Carine was invited to become a Fellow of Global Equity (FGE) in 2019. An experienced and well-connected leader in private market & global compensation industry. Carine was formerly the President, NASDAQ Private Market, CEO of Certent, founder/CEO of Global Shares, Partner at PwC, President of AST Private Company Solutions (Astrella) and held executive positions at Morgan Stanley and Towers Watson. In 1992, Carine was the founding Executive Director of the NASPP. Carine started her career as Manager of Shareholder Relations at Oracle Corporation where she assisted in the IPO. Carine served on the Board of Certent, Global Shares Plc and AST Private Company Solutions, Inc. She is on the Advisory Board of Luxury Travel Hackers and Ada Marie. In Ms. Schneider founded the Global Equity Organization (GEO), served as Chair for 18 years and is now Chair Emeritus. Ms. Schneider was born in The Netherlands and speaks Dutch and English. She received her degree from the University of California. She is a frequent speaker at conferences around the world, including President Obama’s Global Entrepreneurial Summit. She published her first book \"The Democratization of the Private Market\" in 2021 (2nd edition published 2025) and is releasing her next book (in)Vested - the History of Stock Plans in 2026.
