Built from ground-up a 10-person high-performing team, pivoting from in-kind support to a revenue-generating unit by year two; established strong performance management systems and a talent pipeline for public sector leadership. Led national learning and research initiatives, producing widely attended webinars (1,400+ registrants), publications with 1,500+ engagements, and launching executive education and coaching programs; presented biannually at NAEH and laid groundwork for a homelessness-focused academic hub at Harvard.
