It\'s an exciting time to be at Microsoft who is serious about their culture and leaning into a growth mindset; I am thrilled to be part of this organization as they build products and experiences that drive their mission - to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. As a Sr. Program Manager, I partner with HR Leaders in Experiences and Devices, bringing talent programs from the COE to them, consulting on the E+D talent ecosystem while partnering with practice area TM SMEs in in TM initiatives. This vertical engagement model optimizes for the rhythm of the business and other cross functional activities to align talent and business strategy while assessing for talent opportunities that surface throughout the annual cycle. Along with these stakeholders, I build partnerships with Finance, Business Management, COE and Global TA to understand their practice point of views that inform a vision for Global Workforce and Strategic Talent Planning initiatives. Coordinating with the COE to bring frameworks, tools, and resources to build HR capability and readiness in this space empower HR leaders and business partners to drive the right outcomes for the business, putting the right people in the right seats at the right time. Team collaboration among Talent Management Program Managers is key to building efficiency and effectiveness in our delivery of a thoughtful, consistent, coordinated, and well-defined approach across all areas of Talent Management to HR and the business.
