KZSC is the student-run, non-commercial community radio station at UC Santa Cruz. I produce and host weekly broadcasts that align with KZSC’s mission to provide diverse, educational, and creative programming. I curate music and content that amplifies underrepresented artists and perspectives while developing skills in broadcasting, audio production, interviewing, and live on-air communication. I have two music shows on Mondays from 10-11pm and Wednesdays from 7-8am, listen in on kzsc.org/listen!

ABOUT CARINA PADILLA
I am a junior at UC Santa Cruz, double-majoring in Environmental Studies and Politics with a focus on global environmental justice. I am interested in how policy and legal action can drive sustainable change, especially in vulnerable communities around the world. Currently, I serve as a Student Sustainability Advisor at the UCSC Sustainability Office, where I support outreach and initiatives focused on equity and climate action. I also bring 3 years of experience in customer service and retail, which taught me strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Seeking opportunities to gain experience in advocacy, environmental policy, or law.
