My name is Carina and I work at Raytheon Technologies as a Principal Specialist for the Data Science and Analytics Team. I graduated from the Digital Leadership Development Program. This is a 2-year rotational program that develops future technology leaders and provides hands on project experience within various roles and business units. Throughout my 3 rotations, I’ve been able to combine my passion in data, art, and strategy through roles as an IT Project Manager and Data Analyst. I’ve worked on projects that dealt with consolidation of enterprise IT systems, developed dashboards and prototypes to help with business decision making, and supported vendor management activities for the launch of an industry 4.0 smart factory.I\'m passionate about transforming complex data into compelling stories and intuitive user experiences. I\'m a data analytics professional specializing in data visualization and UX design. With a keen eye for visual aesthetics and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, I bring data to life through visually engaging and interactive reports. My goal is to empower organizations with actionable insights and foster data driven decision-making by crafting immersive data experiences that resonate with users. Leveraging my expertise in data analytics, I uncover meaningful patterns and opportunities hidden within vast datasets.
