Hi! I\'m Carina from Whitefield, Bangalore. I am a holistic nutritionist, lifestyle coach and mental health enthusiast. Throughout my academic and professional journey I have been focused on creating a consistent and sustainable state of overall wellness among individuals using a naturopathic and holistic approach. Nutrition counselling helps me obtain an in-depth lifestyle analysis taking into account my patients psychological, social and environmental factors as key contributors to their physical state, medical complaints and particularly their gut health.
