ABOUT CARINA A.

As a responsibly project manager in the market research area, I have gained work experience in planning and managing various customer projects independently in different branches.In order to analyze and evaluate data, my analytical skills and logical thinking as well as my knowledge in Excel are supportive and advantageous capabilities. Advising and serving the clients in a friendly and customer-oriented way and preparing reports e.g. with PowerPoint, helped me practicing my presentation skills and to be able to put my friendly and optimistic nature to good use.On a daily basis, I am interacting with business partners, customers and colleagues which helped me to improve my communication skills and be able to deal with different groups of people. Due to this task, I have enhanced my mental flexibility and became a more stress resistance person. The project work within small groups tempted me to be a more structured and committed team player as well as to solve problems solution-oriented. For the international projects, the exchange year during my studies in the Netherlands was helpful, as I was able to improve my intercultural competences as well as language skills there. Furthermore, my studies helped me to gain a lot of knowledge in the fields of market research, marketing and business. Together with the fields of sales and key accounting, where I acquired work experience during my apprenticeship and student job, these are the areas where I am mostly professionally interested in. I am a young an motivated professional who is always interested in learning, new challenges and experiences which can push me forward in a professional and personal way.
